Sunday – gym
Monday – (nothing)
Tuesday – gym (morning), aerobic class (evening)
Wednesday – indoor soccer

Next plan Thursday – gym (morning), aerobic class (evening, tentative)
Friday – gym with Trainer (night)

I need to eat a lot (and healthy) then… *gw pilek nih, bodinya masih cengceremen udah diporsir*
